Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time Paid Social Media Buyer. You will develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, Tiktok and more to drive purchase and sales for a diverse portfolio of fitness and wellness brands. We own and operate more than nine brands, including boutique fitness studios, e-commerce fitness and lifestyle brands and a relay getaway. Your expertise will be instrumental in reaching our target audiences effectively and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) and minimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC).


Expectations & Deliverables:

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with Fitlab's marketing objectives.
    • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, ad creation, and performance analysis.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient spending and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Monitor budget pacing and adjust allocations as necessary to meet campaign goals.
  • Creative Strategy:
    • Create strategic creative briefs to develop compelling ad creatives that convert.
    • Provide strategic input on ad copy, visuals, and formats to enhance campaign performance.
  • Platform Management:
    • Oversee campaigns across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
    • Stay updated with platform best practices, algorithm changes, and new advertising features.
  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify and define target audiences for each brand within the portfolio.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to segment audiences and tailor campaigns for maximum relevance and impact.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ROAS.
    • Implement A/B testing to identify and apply optimizations for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Insights:
    • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social media buying, preferably within the fitness, health, or wellness industries.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns with budgets of $150k/month or more.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising and digital marketing.
  • In-depth experience with performance creative design and the ability to brief killer creative.
