THE JOB
The Brand Promotions team is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Campaign Performance Specialist (Contract) to help bring our brand partnership campaigns to life through compelling performance recap storytelling.
This is a part-time contract opportunity averaging 24 hours per week (Monday-Wednesday preferred) for an initial six-month engagement, with the potential to extend month-to-month based on business needs. This role is based on-site at our Beverly Hills, CA office (325 N. Maple Dr.).
In this role, you'll transform campaign data, creative assets, and consumer insights into polished recap presentations and case studies that demonstrate the impact of Live Nation's Sponsor promotional programs. You'll work cross-functionally with Promotion & Account Management, Data, and Creative teams to ensure every campaign is accurately measured, visually presented, and positioned to showcase success. Campaigns may include sweepstakes, instant win promotions, contests, gift-with-purchase programs, loyalty rewards, and other consumer engagement initiatives.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Develop visually compelling post-campaign recaps and case studies that communicate performance, insights, and key outcomes for brand partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign metrics across multiple platforms to identify trends, engagement drivers, and actionable recommendations from launch to campaign end.
  • Translate data into clear, concise narratives that highlight campaign success and business impact.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather campaign assets, performance data, and feedback throughout the recap process.
  • Manage recap timelines, project milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
  • Produce recurring campaign performance reports on a monthly or ad hoc basis, including participation metrics, bonus action rates, conversion trends, and other key KPIs.
  • Maintain reporting accuracy and consistency across multiple concurrent promotional campaigns. This may include monitoring campaign entries and identify fraudulent activity across digital platforms.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, templates, and presentation quality using AI and automation tools where appropriate.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • 2+ years of experience in campaign reporting, marketing analytics, client services, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience creating executive-ready presentations that effectively communicate campaign performance and business insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform it into compelling visual stories.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or Keynote and Excel, and familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe).
  • Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics, DOMO, ShortStack, Tradable Bits, or comparable CRM and reporting platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; copywriting or presentation storytelling experience.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools is preferred.
  • Passion for live entertainment, music, and creating exceptional experiences for fans and brand partners.
