Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, registered, and patient-oriented MRI Technologist on a part time or prn basis for our location in Aurora, CO.
***Monday Coverage Needed (8:00am - 5:00pm)***
Position Summary
The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality MRI procedures in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment. This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Ensure proper patient screening, positioning, and image quality
  • Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
  • Administer contrast agents as directed and in compliance with policy (if applicable)
  • Verify patient information, orders, and documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain MRI equipment and report any issues promptly
  • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and MRI safety standards
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and front office staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and work areas

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification with Registry in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or current American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
