Dove Healthcare is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant who is self-motivated, organized, and passionate about creating a positive environment built on teamwork and continuous improvement.

As an Administrative Assistant, You Will:

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
  • Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Code invoices and assist with office purchasing
  • Order office supplies and help maintain an organized office
  • Maintain resident cash accounts and ensure accuracy
  • Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in an environment with interruptions, competing responsibilities, and deadlines
  • Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and other programs
  • Ability to operate office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, telephone systems, and keyboards
  • Strong typing and math skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload effectively
  • Every other weekend is required for this role

Required Qualifications:

  • Age 16+ years of age or older encouraged to apply
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or work experience in a related field
  • Must be available every other weekend
