Duties, Responsibilities & Other
  • Minimum of 5 years of office administrative experience preferred with construction or engineering firm.
  • Experience with engineering/construction management or at risk construction related administrative duties, filing, meeting coordinating, submittal tracking, subcontractor agreements and invoicing experience.
  • Successful candidate will have experience in a busy office working independently to successfully and accurately complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as organizational and schedule management abilities.
  • Candidate should be knowledgeable about and capable with computers and typical office equipment.
  • Candidate should possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software with a demonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel; and the ability to accept direction from multiple sources.
  • This candidate must have the ability to work independently and manage office activities.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required. Some college or degree program enrollment would be a plus. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of office administrative experience.
  • Pre-employment drug screening and background check is a condition of employment. Motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
