Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
Process payments, copayments, and outstanding balances.
Assist with insurance claims, billing, and treatment estimates.
Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information.
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle patient questions and concerns professionally.
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
Follow HIPAA, office policies, and applicable dental administrative guidelines.

Salary Range
