Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Clinical Admin Assistant to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Stony Point, Virginia.

  •  Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: $20 to $22 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Clinical Admin Assistant will:

  • Assists with coordination of needed prescreening/testing 
  • Assists patient with making appointments, answering phones, check in patients if needed
  • Works independently to assure the program goals are achieved
  • Assists Patient Care Coordinator with admin tasks such as patient schedule management, referrals, uploading records, etc
  • Supports and promotes excellence in customer service

Qualifications and Skills Include:

  • High School Graduate. 
  • Experience in women’s health in a medical or health care setting, or some medical/clinical training preferred. 
  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer. 
  • Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.). 
  • Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment/critical thinking, along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team. 
  • Ability to communicate accurately and concisely. 
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving abilities.  
  • Careful attention to detail and consistent follow-through required. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and patient orientation. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
