Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our accounting, administrative, and business development functions. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing multiple responsibilities in a professional services environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities
·         Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, collections, and reporting.
·         Process accounts payable, vendor invoices, and payments.
·         Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
·         Support daily office operations, including answering phones, and ordering office supplies.  
·         Maintain project, financial, and company records.  
·         Assist with proposal preparation and qualification forms. 
·         Provide administrative support to management and project teams as needed.  
 
Qualifications
·         Experience in office administration, bookkeeping, and accounting.
·         Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
·         Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
·         Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
·         Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
·         Experience in consulting, architecture, engineering, design, or other professional services firms is a plus.
