Presbyterian Homes of Kentucky is hiring for a Part-Time LPN for Rose Anna Hughes Home on our Louisville campus. At Presbyterian Homes of Kentucky, our culture is based on caring and compassion.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record vital signs and medical information as needed
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Communicate with patients and families regarding care and treatment
  • Make periodic checks to ensure the prescribed treatments are being properly administered by nursing staff
Requirements:
  • Active LPN license in the state of Kentucky
  • Experience in long-term care preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts
