Job description

We are actively hiring for a Part-Time Accounting clerk that is onsite in Hanover, MD 2 days a week. We are looking for around 16 hours per week, with the ability to go full time.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Close Month Statements
  • Cash Reconciliations
  • Credit-card and bank reconciliations
  • Vendor statement reconciliation
  • Invoice entry and coding
  • Ability to investigate discrepancies without constant direction

Requirements:
  • Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate/Timberline experience strongly preferred.
  • Construction accounting experience preferred
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
  • Excel proficiency
