Must be able to attend meetings and trainings on short notice as well as teach courses in person, as necessary. Duties and Responsibilities: Under general supervision, conduct lecture and as appropriate, laboratory courses in the discipline

May include instructional assignment involving distance education. Maintain at least one office hour per week for each class taught. Possible evening, weekend and off-campus assignments.

Conduct student evaluations of teaching effectiveness. Participate in assessment of course learning outcomes. Adhere to all due dates, including the online submission of grades.

Minimum Qualifications: (a) Master's in Accounting (Macc); OR (b) Master's in Business Administration (MBA) including 18 credits in Accounting (undergraduate and/or graduate - 300 level or higher); OR (c) Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3 years of related work experience in Accounting within the last 5 years; OR (d) Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Business Administration (in areas other than Accounting) including 18 credits in Accounting (undergraduate and/or graduate - 300 level or higher) and 5 years of related work experience in Accounting within the last 5 years; OR (e) Bachelor's degree in any field and CPA/CMA or equivalent professional accounting certification (in the USA). If qualified applicants are not available, those not meeting minimum qualifications may be considered. Desirable Qualifications: Willingness to work with Running Start and Early College programs and pass required additional screening as necessary.
