Part-time Accountant
Please note that this job is part-time/fractional. You will work 40 hours per week but two weeks on, then two weeks off. This will be to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to fill their open Part-time Accountant job in Broomfield, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You will earn between $28.00 and $32.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
-Balance sheet account reconciliations
-Preparing, entering, and reviewing journal entries
-Assisting with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
-Preparing reports, schedules, and reconciliations
-Maintaining compliance with GAAP
-Assisting with preparing for audits
-Recommending process improvements to increase departmental efficiency
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
-Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.
-Excellent analytical skills
