Who We Are

We are Tennis!ย The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

The Role

As a member of the USTA National Tennis Center team, you will play an integral role in providing accurate and timely financial support for site-wide Capital Expenditures and current large scale construction projects - Arthur Ashe Stadium & Player Performance Building.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the daily review and coding of all invoices relating to Capital
  • Expenditures and Strategic Transformation
  • Assist with the review of large-scale construction project invoicing
  • Ensure subcontractor payment applications (ie AIA's) are accurate, values match supporting documentation, CO's billings are documented, and all amounts reconcile to GC's schedule of values
  • Prepare and maintain tracking schedules for construction project General Conditions
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the monthly NTC Capex Tracking Report, capturing all invoices and purchase requisitions processed
  • Assist with the monthly reconciliation of the capex tracking report to the Lawson ledger
  • Review monthly vendor invoices/statements (for all NTC vendors) for accuracy; resolve any billing issues with vendors and/or the appropriate NTC staff
  • Document management including the PDF'ing of capital invoicing
  • Assist Finance Department with US Open Responsibilities (e.g. Baggage Operations)
  • Other duties and ad hoc reporting as assigned
