That is where you come in!Role OverviewWe are currently seeking a dependable, self-motivated On-Site Lead to oversee daily janitorial operations at our account in Elkton, Michigan. In this role, you will serve as the primary on-site manager, working closely with your Account Manager to ensure the facility remains spotless, fully compliant with company standards, and well-supported by a dedicated cleaning team.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Customer Service: Routinely inspect the facility to ensure cleaning standards meet company guidelines, address client feedback promptly, and secure strong customer retention.Team Leadership & Training: Train, mentor, and supervise On-Site Cleaning Associates.
