Dyne Fire Protection Labs is an independent testing laboratory with 25 years of experience providing quick, reliable, and independent analysis of fire sprinklers, firefighting foams, antifreeze solutions, and dry chemical agents to help building owners and/or their designated representatives fulfill various laboratory requirements in inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) standards. It is known for its in-depth technical competence, outstanding customer service and extremely fast delivery of test results. Dyne Fire Protection Labs is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate.
Responsibilities:
  • Assembling varieties of testing kits
  • Picking and filling kit orders from stock
  • Receive incoming warehouse supply shipments
  • Maintain inventory
  • Print various forms and shipping labels
  • Organize stock, replenish shelves, and communicate needs to other departments
  • Move materials from warehouse to storage
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
  • Collaborate with associates and management
  • Assist other departments if needed.

Requirements
Skills/Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior Inventory experience, required.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and on a team
  • Strong ability to self-manage workload and adjust priorities based on changing circumstances. Self-motivated and shows initiative in taking on new projects.
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task several projects
  • Warehouse experience a plus
  • Forklift experience a plus - but not required
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds

Hourly Rate: $17-20 depending on experience.
Hours: 20 Hours a week
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (5 hours a day)
