Part time 10 hour shifts are work schedules where employees work for 10 hours per shift but do not work full-time hours in a week, typically resulting in fewer total weekly hours than a standard full-time position. This arrangement is common in industries that require longer coverage per day but offer flexibility in the number of days worked. Employees might work 1-3 days per week, depending on employer needs and employee availability.
