Duties and Responsibilities:Assists loading/unloading paint line. Assists with packaging of product.Assists with assembly of product including fin tube, storage cabinets, cabinet unit heaters, bracketsAssists with various maintenance related activities including janitorial functions and cleaning of paint line equipmentWorks in a safe manner, utilizing all required personal protective equipment.Assists in all other areas of cell. Maintains flexibility to transfer to other cells to assist when needed.Works as part of the team and continuously seeks to identify and eliminate non-value added processes and waste.Qualifications:Education and/or experience:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Prior vocational/trade school background preferred.Highly motivated with ability to learn basic production operations quicklyExperience with small hand tools, power and manual, preferred.Physical Demands:Must be able to lift approx. 50 lbs.
