Job Description

The Analyst, Dayforce Implementation is responsible for the comprehensive management and optimization of the Dayforce HRIS system, encompassing configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and union agreements. Key duties involve leading system-related projects, developing training programs, providing technical support, and maintaining data quality across various Accor properties.
• Project Management and Implementation

Oversee the full lifecycle of Dayforce implementation projects, from planning and execution to stakeholder collaboration, system testing, and post-project handoff. Work closely with Dayforce team to ensure business requirements are properly implemented in Dayforce, and assist with configuring Dayforce backend to achieve this.

• Dayforce System Management and Optimization

Assist Dayforce Support Team with ongoing configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the Dayforce system (e.g., compliance updates, policy configuration, system integrity).

• Training and Documentation Development

Deliver training programs to hotels during implementation, develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for different hotel staff (admins, managers, Heartists).

• Regulatory and Contractual Compliance

Ensure any configuration and procedures adhere to compliance regulations, union agreements, and legislation in both Canada and the United States.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years using Dayforce
  • 2–3 years configuring Dayforce as part of implementation (WFM, Payroll, Core HR modules minimum)
  • Experience handling full cycle Payroll

Salary Range: $70,000-$82,000
