• Project Management and Implementation
Oversee the full lifecycle of Dayforce implementation projects, from planning and execution to stakeholder collaboration, system testing, and post-project handoff. • Dayforce System Management and Optimization
Assist Dayforce Support Team with ongoing configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the Dayforce system (e.g., compliance updates, policy configuration, system integrity).
• Training and Documentation Development
Deliver training programs to hotels during implementation, develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for different hotel staff (admins, managers, Heartists).
• Regulatory and Contractual Compliance
Ensure any configuration and procedures adhere to compliance regulations, union agreements, and legislation in both Canada and the United States.
Qualifications- 2-3 years using Dayforce
- 2–3 years configuring Dayforce as part of implementation (WFM, Payroll, Core HR modules minimum)
