Job Description Busy health clinic looking for a General Dentist to join their team. Their entire dental team is dedicated to providing personalized, gentle care for their patients. They practice comfortable, health-centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on understanding the whole patient, while minimizing any negative impact on the environment or patient.

Salina is a progressive city with a growing population of just under 50,000. Salina serves as the regional hub for medical services, retail trade, entertainment, and other unique attractions. A diverse economy and strong work ethic allow Salina to continually rank among Kansas' best in such areas as cost of living, regional trade, career opportunities, and personal income.

Located in the middle of the state, Salina is community with historic roots. Salina's real estate and housing choices are diverse, including new construction, historic homes in tree-lined residential areas, and private country properties with an easy commute. Salina also provides many educational opportunities that range from private and public grade schools to four-year universities and technical training.

Compensation: $156k - $187k per year plus bonus opportunity Benefits Include: Paid Time Off 9 Paid Holidays Retirement Plan (up to 10% match after first year) Health and Dental Insurance CE ($3,500 per year) Job Duties: Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans. Collaborate with other providers, as well as all other clinical and non-clinical personnel as necessary. Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures which are in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.

Improving clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available). Participate in various community outreach initiatives as necessary. Required Experience: DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.

Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state where providing care (License must be in good standing) or eligible for licensure. Other certifications as required by state to include- CPR, DEA, etc. We provide our team members with great support and resources so our providers can deliver superior care with clinical autonomy in a collaborative, patient-centric environment.
