Job description

Position: Parking Attendant
Department: Hollywood Bowl Parking
FLSA Grade: Non-Exempt (Part-time)
Pay Grade: $18.42 - $23.54
Position Summary:
The Parking Attendant, reporting to the Parking Lot Manager, controls and maintains vehicle access to all Hollywood Bowl and The Ford parking facilities. Specific starting pay commensurate with experience. Specific starting pay commensurate with experience.
Position Elements:
  • Prepare site for opening
  • Recognize and process parking passes at entrance to parking lots
  • Direct vehicles to appropriate area while wearing a reflective vest when applicable
  • Greet guests
  • Assist in closing the parking area
  • Keep accurate time records and abide by the meal and rest period policy
  • Assist other departments when necessary and as directed by a supervisor
  • Respond to a wide range of customer service issues with sensitivity and care

Position Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Existing knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the following:

  • Bend, stand and walk (including hilly terrain and stairs) for up to duration of entire work shift
