Empire Parking Lot Services - Orange, CA (SoCal Area)
$25-$35/hr | Full-Time + Overtime

Empire Parking Lot Services is hiring Experienced Asphalt Crew Members / Operator to support parking lot maintenance and paving projects across Southern California. This is a hands-on role with growth potential for dependable, safety-minded team players.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform physical labor related to asphalt and parking lot maintenance
  • Use hand tools such as blowers, brooms, and shovels
  • Set up traffic control (cones, signs, barricades)
  • Prepare surfaces prior to sealing or paving
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

What We're Looking For

  • Construction experience preferred, not required
  • Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety and quality work
