Job description

Legacy Parking is in search of a hardworking, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team. This role oversees several of our parking garages in downtown Orlando, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional experience for every guest.
Must Be Available on Weekends- Friday - Sunday evenings
Core responsibilities
  • Survey garages and issue citations or warnings to unauthorized parkers; perform vehicle counts to prevent overfilling
  • Greet arriving and departing customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Direct incoming customers to available spaces and control traffic at entrances and exits
  • Assist guests in operating pay machines
  • Help customers who have forgotten where they parked
  • Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, or concerns
  • Assist customers in lane as needed to ensure efficient traffic flow and a smooth parking experience

Additional duties
  • Complete light cleaning or maintenance tasks per company checklists, as needed
  • Other special projects as assigned by location management
