Overview
The K-12 Business Development Leader is responsible for cultivating relationships with school districts while contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of educational facilities. This seller-doer role combines business development with hands-on design work to support Parkhill's growth in Education. This is a full-time position paid bi-weekly on a salary basis.

Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 15 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school district administrators and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new K-12 project opportunities
  • Provide design and technical support for educational facility projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely project outcomes
  • Represent the firm in client meetings and at industry events

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in K-12 facility design
  • Minimum 3 years of architectural experience
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience leading proposals or client presentations is a plus
