  • Mantiene la limpieza de todos los espacios publico incluyendo oficinas.
  • Limpia los banos publicos y se encarga de mantener los suministros.
  • Aspira y limpia las alfombras, tapizados y cortinas.
  • Completa las listas de verificacion de limpieza diarias, semanales y trimestrales.
  • Desempolva y pule los muebles, accesorios, umbrales, tableros bajos, barandas, elevadores, huecos de escaleras y marcos de ventanas.
  • Limpia todas las ventanas
  • Vacia todos los materiales de los recipientes de basura. Reemplaza las bolsas de basura si se usan. Retira la basura al contenedor de basura.
  • Limpia los ascensores publicos y de servicio (por dentro y por fuera).
  • Notifica al supervisor de limpieza, al departamento de mantenimiento o al MOD sobre el mal funcionamiento del equipo, los suministros necesarios o danos al revestimiento del piso, tapiceria,
