Martial Arts Instructor wanted to teach kids and adults self defense and principles for personal growth.
Position Overview
A head instructor at Premier Martial Arts is a person who has a passion for changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can teach but more importantly inspire others to be the best version of themselves is required. A Premier Martial Arts instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student, and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key for success in this position.

Position Responsibilities
Provide A+ Quality Class Instruction
  • Instruction of high energy, benefit driven, and "edutaining" classes
  • Customer relations with the students and parents
  • Class planning and management
  • Life lesson, "Black Belt Excellence" mat chats
  • Black Belt Excellence life lesson program
  • Student ranking, tracking, and reporting
  • Demonstration team
  • Group introductory events
  • Curriculum
  • Drills for skills
  • Stripe testing
  • Graduations

Manage, Train, and Educate Instructors
  • Certified instructor training
  • Performance evaluation for all instructors

Schedule for a Full-Time Instructor
  • Regular Classes - Monday through Thursday; 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm
  • Parents Night Out - Second Friday of the month; 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm
  • White-Belt Buddy Bash - Last Friday of the month; 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
  • Miscellaneous events (e.g. Graduation, Mass Introductory Lessons) - Saturday; 9 am to 12:00 pm
  • Birthday Parties (as needed) - Saturday, after 12:00 pm
