UCPSA Parent Direct Care Worker/Caregiver (W2 employee)
Wage: $17.00/hour Attendant Care
$18.00/hour Habilitation

Job Duties
  • Here are some of the ways our DCWs support our clients and their unique needs.
    • Personal Care (assistance with bathing/toileting/general grooming etc.)
    • Meal Preparation
    • Medication Administration
    • Housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, cleaning personal spaces etc.)
    • General Supervision
  • Adhere to a weekly schedule with good attendance and punctuality
  • Complete and maintain required certifications and trainings
  • Adhere to all agency policies and requirements

Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Successful fingerprint and DES/CPS/APS clearance
  • Ability to complete state required training through our agency
