Responsibilities
Our Distribution Center team is responsible for live unloading of finished products for distribution to and from our manufacturing facilities and supplier partners, distributors, customers and consumers. This includes multiple modes of transportation (small parcel, LTL, FTL) throughout the United States and Canada and some international locations. Our team maintains inventory through cycle counting and workflow practices within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). We find and implement continued improvement practices in a best-in-class facility environment, with a collaborative team built on success.

  • Experience and ability to pick and organize loads/pallets from various areas of the warehouse floor
  • Ability to receive shipments and put away in appropriate areas
  • Ability to learn and apply basic warehouse fundamentals, processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to perform job duties
  • Ability to understand various warehouse roles/jobs
  • Ability to spot and move loaded and empty trailers throughout the facility
Qualifications
All DC Associates will have:
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Experience driving a Pallet Jack/Hand truck, AND forklift and/or reach truck
  • Experience in shipping and receiving or fulfillment (Parcel Picking)
  • Experience with WMS and WMS/RF Gun
  • Positive attitude
  • Attention to detail, quality, and safety
  • Ability to work with little supervision at times
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally, stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, climb, and look back over shoulders while driving forklifts
  • Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
