G10 is seeking a highly analytical and operationally driven Parcel Operations Manager to lead parcel carrier strategy, transportation operations, shipping optimization, and carrier performance across a growing multi-site fulfillment network.


This role is ideal for someone with experience in 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, Amazon logistics, parcel operations, transportation management, carrier negotiations, or shipping operations.


The Parcel Operations Manager will oversee carrier relationships, transportation costs, parcel audits, pickup operations, shipping compliance, parcel analytics, and fulfillment support across multiple distribution and fulfillment facilities.


Candidates with experience working with FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon Shipping, OnTrac, Spee-Dee, Veho, UniUni, or other parcel and last-mile carriers are strongly encouraged to apply.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead parcel carrier strategy across national and regional parcel carriers 

Negotiate carrier pricing, contracts, service levels, and transportation agreements 

Manage parcel operations, pickup execution, and shipping performance across multiple fulfillment sites 

Analyze parcel shipping costs, carrier performance, surcharges, and transportation spend 

Build parcel pricing models and support client transportation cost analysis 

Monitor carrier KPIs including transit times, claims, pickup compliance, and delivery performance 

Audit carrier invoices, identify overcharges, and manage parcel billing accuracy 

Support dangerous goods / hazmat shipping compliance including DOT and IATA requirements 

Partner cross-functionally with fulfillment, operations, finance, IT, and business development teams 

Drive process improvement initiatives across parcel transportation and shipping workflows


Requirements


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in parcel operations, transportation, logistics, fulfillment, or carrier management

Experience in a 3PL, e-commerce, Amazon logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment 

Experience negotiating parcel carrier agreements or managing carrier relationships 

Strong understanding of parcel pricing, dimensional weight, fuel surcharges, and shipping accessorial charges 

Experience with parcel audit tools, transportation systems, shipping software, or rate shopping platforms 

Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, reporting, and transportation analytics 

Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills 

DOT or IATA hazardous materials certification preferred (company-sponsored certification available within 180 days for qualified candidates)


NICE TO HAVE

Lithium battery or dangerous goods shipping experience 

Experience supporting high-volume parcel shipping operations 

Exposure to transportation analytics, automation tools, SQL, Python, or AI-assisted workflows 

International parcel or cross-border shipping experience


WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role is based in Delavan, WI and follows a hybrid schedule with onsite presence expected multiple days per week.

Candidates from the Milwaukee, Madison, Rockford, Lake Geneva, or Northern Illinois areas are encouraged to apply.

Remote flexibility may be considered for an exceptionally qualified candidate with deep parcel and fulfillment experience.

Occasional travel to fulfillment facilities, carrier meetings, or industry events may be required
