What You'll Do as a Paratransit Driver:Safe & Dependable Transportation
  • Transport passengers safely and efficiently to medical appointments, work, educational facilities, shopping destinations, and community events
  • Ensure passengers arrive at their destinations comfortably and on schedule
  • Follow assigned routes, schedules, and transportation procedures
  • Maintain a professional and courteous presence while operating company vehicles
Passenger Assistance & Customer Service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles as needed
  • Properly secure wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility devices using approved safety procedures
  • Foster a welcoming, respectful, and supportive experience for every passenger
  • Communicate effectively with riders, caregivers, dispatch personnel, and team members
Safety & Compliance
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain accurate transportation records, trip logs, and required documentation
