Job description

Dream Management Inc.'s Paratransit Drivers transport our customers through city and highway traffic in a safe and prudent manner, in accordance with all city, county, state, and federal laws, as well as company rules and policies. Care for our customers means assisting clients with disabilities while they are picked up, transported, and dropped off. This may include escorting customers to and from their door or curb safely, utilizing all company safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • You must be 23 years of age or older.
  • You must have a full Maryland driver's license (we cannot accept provisionals) and have held it for at least 3 years.
  • Prior professional driving experience is preferred and will be given priority consideration.
  • You must be available to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
  • You must present a complete, certified Maryland State MVA driving record.
  • Must provide complete and verifiable employment history.
  • Must be able to pass and maintain a DOT physical examination, background check, and drug test (which does test for marijuana).
