Job description

The School District of Onalaska is seeking substitute paraprofessionals (teachers aide). Part Time, Sub Paraprofessionals are non-certified instructional staff who assist in the classroom under the guidance of a teacher. Hourly wage is $16.25/hour. Hours vary based on school. No nights or weekends, school day only. You choose the hours/days you are available. This is an on-call position for open paraprofessional positions that occur on an infrequent/daily basis throughout the school year.Qualifications: A minimum of two years (48 credits) post high school education, or an associate degree preferred. If two years post high school is not achieved, applicant will take and pass WorkKeys Assessments prior to employment. This test is paid for by the district.This is an ongoing position posting.
