Your impactful role:

As a paramedic with CentraCare in the Monticello, Big Lake area, you will be at the forefront of delivering advanced pre-hospital emergency patient care and transportation. From neonates to geriatric patients, your expertise will be crucial in providing both emergent and non-emergent services to individuals across the surrounding communities. Your dedication will be instrumental in saving lives and providing comfort during times of crisis.

Pay and benefits:

Starting pay begins at $30.83 per hour and increases with experience. Pay range: $30.83 - $44.58 per hour. Benefits include: medical, dental, vacation accrual, retirement, employee discounts and more! Work on our EMS team and get free continuing education through Flight Bridge to maintain and renew your certifications.

Schedule:

  • 72 hours every two weeks
  • Various 12-hour shifts; based on schedule block
  • Includes weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

  • Certificate completion of an accredited paramedic program.
  • Current basic life support (BLS) certification.
  • Current advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification.
  • Current pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certification.
  • NIMMS 100, 200, 700 certifications; able to obtain within 3 months.
  • Paramedic valid current national registry, state of Minnesota paramedic certification, or provisional certification required if applicable.
  • Valid Minnesota class D driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
