Robert Half Legal is partnering with a well-known travel and leisure company seeking a Corporate Paralegal or experienced Legal Assistant to join its growing Legal Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys supporting a variety of corporate legal functions.


This role will report to the Director of Business Administration and provide support across several key legal workstreams, including contract lifecycle management, liquor licensing, corporate entity management, and legal administrative support for the General Counsel and broader legal team. The organization offers great work perks and the potential for this contract role to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage corporate documents and contracts
  • Coordinate signatures for corporate legal documents
  • Liaise with outside counsel on contract review and liquor licensing matters
  • Support global entity management, including structure charts, D& O tracking, and miscellaneous corporate filings
  • Provide litigation support, including tracking service of process, deadlines, and status updates
  • Assist with KYC and other information requests from external parties
  • Provide legal administrative support to the General Counsel and broader legal team
  • Manage multiple legal requests and shifting priorities with strong follow-through
  • Support ad hoc legal and business-related projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Paralegal certificate preferred, but not required
  • 3–7 years of experience supporting corporate attorneys, ideally within a large law firm or sophisticated in-house legal department
  • Corporate legal experience strongly preferred
  • Litigation exposure is a plus, but not required
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Customer-service mindset and ability to support a range of internal stakeholders
  • Strong ability to take direction, adapt quickly, and manage projects independently from start to finish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
