Job description

Ali Awad Law, P.C. is a personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta that is growing rapidly. We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal. This Full-Time Paralegal will know their state\'s nuances well and will be ready to join the firm to offer their knowledge.


A minimum of 4 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required.


OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery
  • PERSONAL INJURY experience
  • Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
  • Drafting Discovery Responses
  • Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
  • Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
  • Calendaring litigation timelines
  • Conducting status update calls with clients
  • Client update calls
  • Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
  • Assist in trial preparation.
