A well-established law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its growing Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping clients, managing case files, and supporting attorneys throughout the legal process. Monday-Friday
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client intake and gather information for new cases
  • Request, track, review, and organize medical records and billing documents
  • Maintain case files and ensure accurate documentation throughout the life of each case
  • Draft correspondence, legal documents, and reports
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in cases
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, deadlines, and administrative support
  • Monitor case progress and help ensure timely movement of files

Qualifications:
  • Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred
  • Personal injury experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
