Paralegal
Salary: Up to $60,000 per year, based on experience
A well-established law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its growing Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping clients, managing case files, and supporting attorneys throughout the legal process. Whether you have prior personal injury experience or are looking to expand your legal career, we encourage you to apply.

Monday-Friday
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client intake and gather information for new cases
  • Request, track, review, and organize medical records and billing documents
  • Maintain case files and ensure accurate documentation throughout the life of each case
  • Draft correspondence, legal documents, and reports
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in cases
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, deadlines, and administrative support
  • Monitor case progress and help ensure timely movement of files

Qualifications:
  • Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred
  • Personal injury experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
