Job description

Job Summary

Paragon Health Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented, Spanish-speaking, full-time Medical Scribe to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with physicians to accurately document patient encounters, maintain medical records, and support efficient clinical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Scribe for physicians during patient visits
  • Prepare, update, and maintain patient charts and medical records
  • Schedule clinic appointments and surgeries
  • Follow up on referrals, imaging studies, and authorizations
  • Assist with insurance verification and coordination
  • Communicate with patients, surgery centers, attorneys, and healthcare providers
  • General administrative support to the office

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Will require travel to other clinic locations (approximately once per week)
  • Scribing experience required (2 years minimum)
  • Experience in spine, pain management, or personal injury terminology is a plus
