This is a remote position.
MasonBlue is looking for a talented Recruiting/ coordinators to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork. Main duties include:
  • Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements, and recommend the best candidates to clients after a detailed screening and skill assessment.
  • Stay current on trends, emerging technologies and new and hard to find skill sets.
  • Network extensively to find potential candidates and clients.
  • Source through internal candidate database as well as professional associations, referrals, and other networking resources.
  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates
  • Processing background checks
  • Collecting new hire paperwork
  • Enter all new hire information into system

Education requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent (BS degree preferred)
• 1 or more years of customer service experience
• 1 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience
