Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! We are a small business and need someone who is willing to wear many hats. Bookkeeper, purchaser, and other various administrative tasks This is a part time position.  3 days a week.  12-15 hours a week depending on workflow.   No weekends. Responsibilities include matching invoices with shippers. Bookkeeping and purchasing. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, computer and organization service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.
