Registry Specialist

The Registry Specialist works with our sales and finance managers to register vehicles and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

  • Registering vehicles in multiple states.
  • Assisting Finance Managers, customers, sales associates, and service department
  • Filing and organizing legal paperwork - titles + co's, registration paperwork
  • Double checking car deals for accuracy - responsible for correcting errors
  • Communication with insurance agencies to verify documents and timelines.
  • Data Entry
  • Other misc. duties required, swaps, courtesy deliveries

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
