General Production - Entry
Pay Rate:
Starting pay: $23.68/hr including any applicable shift differential.
We offer competitive hourly rates for progressive advancement positions as openings occur. Site Floater at $25.72, Set-up Operator $26.94 and Non-Press Operator positions at $30.41.
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time
Selected candidate will start on Swing Shift (2:45 pm - 11:00 pm)
Must be willing to work on all shifts, overtime, and Saturdays as required.

The Job You Will Perform:
We are currently seeking hourly Production Associates who have the abilities and aptitude to progress to the top job in each department. Job responsibilities include:
  • Learn safety procedures such as Lock Out Tag Out, Emergency response, P.P.E, Chemical Handling.
  • Manage the ink being used to run an order
  • Put rolls on the unwinder and remove them from rewinder after printing
  • Perform assigned tasks during change-over to next order.
  • Physical requirements in an industrial environment include: standing, reaching, twisting, exposure to seasonal temperatures, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds).
  • General housekeeping duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Skills You Will Bring:
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Be flexible to work day shift, swing shift, and graveyard shift.
  • Work weekends, Holidays, and mandatory overtime as required.
  • Wear provided required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as, but not limited to, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves and safety steel toed shoes.
  • Learn safety procedures such as Lock-Out-Tag-Out, emergency response, and other safety processes.
