The job often requires standing for long periods, attention to detail, and quick troubleshooting in case of machine issues. Working hours may include rotating shifts, nights, or weekends, depending on the facility’s production schedule. This hands-on environment offers valuable experience with advanced manufacturing technology and the opportunity to move into more specialized or supervisory roles over time.
