Job description

Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd shift
Our client is a well known paper distributor, located in Southern NJ.
Requirements:
- Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Install and overhaul equipment, machinery, and facilities, including rewinders, sheeters, and trimmers
- Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, basic electrical circuits, motors, gears, compressors, pumps, clutches, and brakes
- Perform additional tasks like light machining, preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubricating parts, and welding/fabricating components
- Follow written instructions from manuals, schematics, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in a similar industry/environment
- Able to troubleshoot and repair various systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of motors, gears, electrical circuits, pumps, compressors, etc.
