Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide production teams.
  • Enforce safety and company standards.
  • Manage workflow, schedules, and training.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma required, technical degree a plus.
  • Physically able to meet job demands.
  • Able to work a rotating schedule to include nights, weekends and potential holidays.
