1st Shift: $18.00/hr.. | 2nd Shift: $18.50/hr.
1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM
Overtime Available | Occasional Saturdays Required

We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join a growing paper production team. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking a stable manufacturing position with hands-on machine operation and production responsibilities. No extensive machine operating experience is required; training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and learn paper converting and packaging equipment.
  • Pack paper rolls, cotton, and other materials into boxes.
  • Stack and palletize finished products.
  • Operate pallet jacks and packaging equipment.
  • Read part numbers, quantities, and work instructions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

Qualifications
