Experienced Machine Operator

As an Experienced Printing Machine Operator, you will run Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines, ensuring smooth operations through job set-up, troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues, and delivering top-quality results. This role is vital to meeting customer demands and expanding our skilled team.

What Youโ€™ll Bring
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging or related industries

  • Proven mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift to 50 lbs

  • Knowledge of Beasley, Garant, Weber, or related bag machines (preferred)

  • Work schedule: 10-hour shifts, Mondayโ€“Thursday

    • Night Shift: 8:10 PM โ€“ 6:35 AM

    • No weekends or holidays!
