Job description

Position Description
A student enrolled in an institution of higher education other than Texas Tech University or Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center employed to perform work as assigned by the supervisor.
Major/Essential Functions
  • Provide circulation desk coverage, helping patrons with reservations, printing needs, and answering phones.
  • Maintaining printers and scanning stations, filling with paper, checking toner, etc.
  • Clean and maintain circulation counter and study areas, including regular disinfecting.

Schedule Details
Shift work Library hours Monday -Thursday from 7:30 am - 9:30 PM Friday 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday 10:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan website at https://app4.ttuhsc.edu/payplan.
Occasional Duties
  • Employees may perform other related duties assigned by their immediate supervisor.
