Job description

Provide a helping hand in our Family Support Center by supporting our food pantry! Our neighbors in need have access to our food panty Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-4:30pm. We ask that volunteers commit to one shift per week, however, we can also be flexible with your schedule as needed!

Food Pantry: Volunteers in the food pantry will assist with maintaining daily operations and keeping the space clean and shelves well stocked. Volunteers also walk guests through the pantry while assisting them with selecting the designated amount of food or to help them make healthy food choices.

Front Desk: Volunteers at the front desk will be tasked with warmly welcoming guests, answering phone calls, assisting with check in, and entering guest information into the Apricot database. Training will be provided.

Clothing Closet: Sort donated items and maintain an organized display. Assist guests in selecting clothing that meets their needs.
