As an LCSW at Panoramic Healing & Wellness, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the health and well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the unique mental health needs of each patient.
• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based intervention strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Administering therapeutic interventions tailored to clients’ preferences and needs, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, guaranteeing the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide integrated care and coordinate treatment strategies.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care offered to patients.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources for additional support.
• Staying informed of current developments in the field of mental health to incorporate new findings into your therapeutic practice.
• Managing a caseload of patients effectively to ensure timely achievement of treatment goals and positive health outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a wide-ranging patient population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-based therapeutic interventions and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Well-developed problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• The capacity to work cohesively within a team environment.

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities or certifications will be preferred. Familiarity with community resources and advocacy efforts within the Naples area can also enhance your suitability for this role.
