You will be connecting with school staff, parents, and community resources to ensure our clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their specific circumstances. In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for various clinical duties, which include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of students and developing individualized treatment plans using solution-focused interventions.
• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) based on each student’s unique needs.
• Providing ongoing psychotherapy in individual or group settings, facilitating conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant standards while ensuring the confidentiality of our clients.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including educators, psychologists, and psychiatrists, to ensure seamless and coordinated care for students.
• Conducting regular follow-ups to monitor progress toward treatment goals and adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Engaging with families by providing education about mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and available community resources.
