As an LCSW at Panoramic Healing & Wellness, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and the specific needs of each patient.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective treatment interventions.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to promote patient confidentiality and safety.
• Working collaboratively with fellow healthcare providers to coordinate care and facilitate comprehensive treatment for clients.
• Participating in regular case review meetings and professional development workshops aimed at enhancing clinical skills and treatment effectiveness.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, thus empowering them in their recovery journey.
• Staying updated on the latest research and innovations in mental health to continuously improve practice standards.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy services.
• Deep knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to navigate complex cases effectively.
• The capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences are highly encouraged to apply:

• Previous experience in a detox or inpatient treatment setting.
• Certification in advanced therapeutic modalities or specialized training related to addiction recovery.
• A background in family therapy or group therapy facilitation.
